How do I join my local Bingo club?

Come and play at Mecca Bingo straight away! If you are lucky enough to look under 18 you may be asked for proof of age on a photo ID.

Please note, all players must be over 18.

How do I play Bingo in a Bingo club?

Playing Bingo in a Bingo club is very easy to pick up and there are always lots of people who are more than happy to help at each club. If you want to know what to do before you get there read on:

• Buy your Bingo books at the Booksales counter.
• Once you are seated and the session begins, the caller will tell you which page of which book you should be playing and whether you need to mark a line of numbers or every number. Some people can play six books at once - because the numbers are so easy to find.
• When a number is called that appears on your Bingo ticket, mark it clearly with a pen or a Mecca Dabber. If you win, shout "Here" or "Bingo" or "House".
• Your numbers will be checked and your prize presented to you at your table by a member of our team.

You'll soon pick up the lingo, In the meantime, this list tells you all you need to know.

• SESSIONS - There are normally three sessions of Bingo every afternoon and evening - the Early Session, the Main Session, (which is split into two halves), and the Late Session.
• TICKET - A grid of 15 numbers that you mark off when playing Bingo.
• PAGE – Six bingo tickets for the same game.
• A FLYER - A single page of tickets, forming a further game.
• A SET - Books and Flyers sold together.
• A BOOK - A series of Tickets for different games.
• ALL IN - Where sets of Books and Flyers, (usually 6), are sold together at one price.
• LINK GAME - A game where a number of Mecca Bingo Clubs join together to play one game of Bingo, usually played on a Flyer - with larger than usual prize money.
• NATIONAL GAME - A game played by hundreds of Bingo Clubs across the country joining together to play one single game, offering large prizes. It is played every evening and every afternoon except Sunday.
