How to play
1. Select your stake by clicking on a chip with a suitable value upon it from the bottom of the screen. The chip will rise and the edge of the chip will rotate, indicating that it has been selected for betting. Click on the table betting area (highlighted areas) to place a bet at the value of the chip selected. If desired, each additional click will add one unit of the chip value selected to the bet.
Click on a different chip at the bottom of the screen to change the chip value for betting. It is possible to mix chip values on the same bet. The total currency value is displayed in the stake field at the top of the game. Hover the mouse over the bets to display the values staked on each hand.
The following buttons are available:
* Click the Clear All button to remove all chips from the table. You can change your stake at this stage and select new chip values.
* Click the Double Bets button to double the value of your stakes. You can keep doubling your bets as long as you have sufficient funds.
* Click the Undo button to undo the last action.
* Click the Deal button to start the game.
2. The cards are dealt from the shoe on the right of the screen. Two cards will be dealt to the Player and The Banker, face up. The value of the hands will appear next to the cards.
3. There is no need for any player interaction for a game to be finalised - after selecting the deal button the game is fully automatic.
If the first two cards of either hand total 8 or 9, the hand is declared a 'natural' and both hands stand. If only one hand has a natural, it automatically wins. If both hands are naturals and of the same value, the hands tie, else the hand with a total of 9 wins over the hand with the total of 8. No further cards will be drawn, without exception.
4. Without any interaction a third card may then be dealt to the Player or the Banker or both, this third card is subject to a number of rules, as follows:
* If both hands are not standing then the Players total is considered. If the Players total is five or less then the Player's hand will receive an additional card.
* If the Player's hand stood and did not receive an additional card (i.e. if it was a total of 6 or of 7) then the Banker's hand will only receive an additional card if its value is five or less.
* If the Player's hand received a third card then the Bankers hand will only receive a third card under the following conditions:
o If the Player drew a 0 or 1, the Banker draws if he has 0-3, and stands if he has 4-7.
o If the Player drew a 2 or 3, the Banker draws if he has 0-4, and stands if he has 5-7.
o If the Player drew a 4 or 5, the Banker draws if he has 0-5, and stands if he has 6 or 7.
o If the Player drew a 6 or 7, the Banker draws if he has 0-6, and stands if he has 7.
o If the Player drew an 8, the Banker draws if he has 0-2, and stands if he has 3-7.
o If the Player drew an 9, the Banker draws if he has 0-3, and stands if he has 4-7.
With all cards played the scores of the two hands are compared.
