I can't login to my account, what should I do? When you enter your username and password, please remember that they are case sensitive. If you get this error message: 'Login Failed. Remember, username and password are case sensitive.' You have entered the correct info, but are using or omitting a capital letter. For example, if your username is 'Customer', entering 'customer' or 'CUSTOMER' will cause it to fail. Always feel free to contact our 24 hour Customer Services team if you need further assistance. How do I open an account? Click the 'Register now' link that appears on the top left hand side of the site. You will be taken through the registration. Please ensure that all fields are filled accurately. Remember that fields marked with a star are mandatory, without this information your registration cannot be completed. If your payment card does not have an issue number, please enter '01' in this field. Which services does my account allow me to access?
