What time and dates can I make a Christmas booking for?

Christmas parties will run from Monday 14th November to Sunday 29th January (for those that prefer to celebrate in the New Year).

You can book on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 5pm and party until late.

The main evening bingo session will run from 7pm-9pm – we recommend booking earlier to give you time to get signed in and settled.

You can always start the party earlier than 7pm and go on later... No need for the fun to stop at 9pm!

If you’d like to be truly dazzled, look out for your club's extra special party nights.

That means DJ's, live music, karaoke, or even our famous, totally nuts Bonkers Bingo (see your local club for full details and dates)!

If you are a group of 10 or more and interested in booking a party any other day of the week or in the afternoon, then please contact the club directly to find out more.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Christmas package is to be booked for a minimum party size of 4 people.
  2. The party is to be booked at least 48 hours before the party date.
  3. Bookings made directly with the club (phone, email, in venue) will require a deposit and the final balance for the booking is to be paid at least 48 hours before the party.
  4. Bookings made directly online or via the My Mecca app requires full payment at the time of the booking.
  5. Food from the Christmas menu and drinks(excluding Scotland) are required to be pre-ordered 48 hours before the party date.
  6. Food and drink items on the menu items could be subject to change due to availability, we will notify of any changes where possible.
  7. Please notify the club of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  8. The bingo included in the package is evening bingo session 7-9pm and includes Main Game, National, American Flyer, Seasonal Flyer and Jackpot Stamp. Optional extras are available.
  9. Table reservations may not beguaranteed for more than 30 minutes beyond the time booked.
  10. On the occasions where special events are running, the club may charge a premium on these dates. The club will notify you of this at the time of confirming availability.
  11. If any of your party (or your whole group) needs to cancel or amend the booking, please give us 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table for an alternative date or process a full refund for the individual (or the whole group). Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a full refund. Refunds may take up to 20 days.
  12. If we have to cancel your booking due to local restrictions, then we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, or you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of deposit and any additional pre-orders. Refunds may take up to 20 days.
  13. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.
  14. All attendees must be over 18 years old. Photo ID is required.
  15. Prices include VAT at the current rate.
  16. Offers are subject to availability.
  17. Management reserve the right to alter or withdraw any offers at any time.
  18. Offers are also subject to Mecca Bingo’s General Terms and Conditions.
