Prize claim codes for the Raffle Winner’s Area must be used before their expiry date. Winners will be notified of their code’s expiry date when they receive their code by email
Prizes can only be delivered to an address within the UK.
The ordered prize will be delivered by Amazon and are typically delivered within 5 days from being ordered but may take up to 60 days in cases of stock shortages. Orders will be trackable via Amazon using unique tracking numbers.
Mecca Bingo will not accept any responsibility for orders which are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed.
In the event of a stock-out and the prize is no longer available, Mecca Bingo will offer a reasonable cash alternative to the value of the retail price of the item.
