Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The Mecca Bingo “Penny Promise Summer” promotion (“the Promotion”) is part of the bingo schedule – bingo terms and conditions apply.
2. The Promotion is available to all new and existing Mecca Bingo customers.
3. Customers can take part in the promotion from 1^st September to 31^st October at Penny Lane and between 00:00 and 23:59 (the “Promotional Period”)
4. Daily pay-out is over £4,000 weekdays and £5,000 Saturdays and Sundays in cash prizes.
5. Penny Power games run daily between 16:00 and 18:00 where each game pays out at least £50.
6. Boosted Penny Power over the weekend where games pay out at least £75 or £100 between 19:00 and 22:00.
7. There are linked games from £100, £250, and £500 and with ticket prices starting from £0.01.
8. Big Bingolinx games paying minimum £1,000 or over.
9. Rank Cares games are excluded from this promotion.
10. ​This promotion is part of the normal bingo schedule, so players need to buy bingo tickets to the promotional games during the promotional period to take part.
11. Any bingo winnings will be paid as cash.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers. 
2. To fulfil its regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
3. This promotion is only open to customers of Meccabingo.com who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and who can view it in their account.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other MeccaBingo.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
5. Any customers registered on www.meccabingo.com (“the Website”) will be eligible to take part in this Promotion.
6. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize
7. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
8. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
