  1. Promoter: Mecca Bingo Limited (“Mecca”), TOR Building, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, SL6 8BN.
  2. All participants in the prize draw must be over 18 years of age, and must be a registered Mecca Bingo customer, either in club or online.
  3. To be eligible for entry, you must be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.
  4. Where the prize offered requires the winning participants to enter a Mecca bingo club, the winning participants will need to register as customers of Mecca in order to claim their prize. Registration is free and can be performed at time of arrival at the club.
  5. Mecca operates a ‘Think 21’ policy in England and Wales and a ‘Think 25’ policy in Scotland, whereby any person appearing to be under that age will be required to show identification prior to being granted membership and entry. Acceptable identification includes current passport, photo driving licence, PASS logo’d ID card. Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in access to the club being refused.
  6. To enter a social media competition and/or sweepstakes, customers may need to like, comment or be required to perform another action as outlined in the said post.
  7. Each participant in the draw is permitted to make one entry per day, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Mecca reserves the right to disqualify prize draw entries and/or participants where it is evident that entry conditions have been abused.
  9. Each winner is randomly selected. The draw will take place, unless otherwise specified, after midnight on the final day of the promotion.
  10. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Mecca reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
  11. If applicable, the winner(s) will need to attend the bingo club running the promotion within 30 days of the draw taking place to claim their prize(s).
  12. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the receipt of acknowledgement from the winner supplying the requested delivery details.
  13. Only the stated prize(s) will be awarded. No alternative prizes will be awarded and prizes are not transferrable.
  14. Employees of Mecca are not permitted to participate in any social media competition and/or sweepstakes, unless stated otherwise.
  15. Mecca is the sole arbiter of the promotion and its decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Mecca reserves the right to alter or withdraw any competition and/or sweepstakes at any time without notice.
  17. These promotions and the eligibility of customers to enter premises operated by Mecca are also subject to Mecca’s general Terms and Conditions, which are displayed in all Mecca bingo clubs and on meccabingo.com.
