If you wish to take a temporary break from gambling, you can choose to Take a Break for a specified time period between 1 day and 6 weeks. You will not be able to access your account during your chosen break period. Your account will be automatically re-opened at the end of your break.
Self exclusion is a formal process through which you can request to be prevented from accessing your account for a longer period of time. You can choose to be excluded for a time period of between 6 months and 5 years. Once you have asked to be self-excluded, we cannot reverse this process and you will be prevented from accessing all accounts that you have with us.
