Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions  

1. The Mecca Bingo “Jackpot Jamboree” promotion (“the Promotion”) is part of the bingo schedule – bingo terms and conditions apply.  
2. “Jackpot Jamboree” is an Escalator Jackpot promotionFor the Escalator Jackpot to be won, house must be called within the winning ball count, the number of balls increases over a set period of time. For example: if the ball count is 38, the jackpot will be won if House is called within the first 38 numbers, if house is called on ball 40, the jackpot will carry forward to the next game.
3. Customers can take part in the bingo games from Wednesday 20th March – Monday 1st April (“Promotional Period”).  

 Wednesday 20^th March – Sunday 24^th March  

4. Customers can take part in the bingo games between 7pm and 11:30pm from Wednesday 20^th March to Sunday 24^th March (the “Promotional Period”) in the Main Event room.
5. There will be 1 x £5k Escalator Jackpot available every night between 7pm and 11:30pm. The total jackpot guarantee in the promotional period is £25k (5x25K).
6. Description of an Escalator: this is a Jackpot prize in the room in which players could win a share of £5K and is won by winning a full house- depending on the ball count - the ball count will increase giving players an increased chance to win. 
7. Starting from 7.00pm each evening we will increase the winning Ball Call threshold by 1 ball every 15 minutes. Ball count starts at 32, which means the jackpot is won if a player wins the full house in 32 ball calls or less in the room.
8. If the jackpot has not been won before the last game in the hour, we will increase the winning threshold to the maximum number of ball calls to guarantee it is won.

10. Ticket prices vary between 5p and 10p.
11. The jackpot will be split, with 50% going to the winning player and 50% being split among every other player that bought tickets in the winning game.
12. The 50% shared between the community will be proportional to the number of tickets a player had bought in the winning game. This is calculated by:  Prize value (50% of Jackpot) divided by total number of tickets sold multiplied by number of tickets purchased per player.
13. Each night from 22^nd to 24^th Mar, in the Two little Ducks room at 9pm, there will be a 5k Jackpot Jamboree game.
14. The prize will be shared to all players who have bought a minimum of 6 tickets and do not win a Bingo prize.
15. Tickets are 10p and the prizes are 1 Line £50, 2 Lines £100 and Full House 2.5k with a 2.5k share pot for all players.
16. The pot is 50% shared between the community will be proportional to the number of tickets a player had bought in the winning game. 
17. This is calculated by:  Prize value (50% of Jackpot) divided by total number of tickets sold multiplied by number of tickets purchased per player.

Monday 25^th March – Monday 1^st April  

18. Customers can take part in the bingo games between 8pm and 10pm from Monday 25^th March to Monday 1^st April (the “Promotional Period”) in the Deal or Not Deal 75 Bingo room.
19. There will be 2 x £12.5k Hourly Escalator Jackpots between 8pm to 10pm. The total jackpot guarantee in the promotional period is £200k.
20. Description of an Escalator: this is a Jackpot prize in the room in which players could win a share of £12.5K and is won by winning a full house- depending on the ball count - the ball count will increase giving players an increased chance to win. 
21. Starting from 8.01pm each evening we will increase the winning Ball Call threshold by 1 ball every 5 minutes. Ball count starts at 43, which means the jackpot is won if a player wins the full house in 43 ball calls or less in the room.
22. If the jackpot has not been won before the last game in the hour, we will increase the winning threshold to the maximum number of ball calls to guarantee it is won.

Varying feature games are available throughout the promotional period, for example: Roll on games (once the house has gone there are chances to win extra prizes for players waiting for 1/2 numbers to reach full house), 1/2 to go games (players get a prize if they have been waiting for a full house and only have 1 or 2 numbers to go, these prizes are determined by the amount of players who win and are a shared prize pot) and Last chance saloon (after the full house has been won a pop up will appear and players get a chance to win a small prize by scratching off a scratchcard).

Promotion General Terms and Conditions

28. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
29. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
30. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
31. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
32. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
33. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
34. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
35. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
36. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
37. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
38. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
39. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
40. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
