Mecca Perks

1. These terms relate to the Mecca Bingo “Mecca Perks” promotion (“the Promotion”).
2. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
3. This offer is available once per customer per calendar month.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
5. Customers who are currently self-excluded from either our venues or online will not be eligible for this promotion.
6. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 01:00 UK time on Thursday 1^st August 2024 until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”). 

Eligible player

7. Eligible player must be:

1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. If not in possession of an on-line account a player must create an on-line account on Meccabingo.com during the current month.
   
   

Mechanics

8. This promotional offer consists of two levels, where players will need to visit any Mecca Club in one calendar month plus make a deposit and stake online to qualify.
   
   

Level 1

9. To qualify for Level 1 of Mecca Perks players will need to visit a Mecca Bingo venue at least 1 time and make a minimum deposit and spend of £20 online. (customers who have not visited a Mecca Bingo venue before may need to provide proof of identity documents such as a driving licence on their first visit).
10. Once player qualifies for Level 1 they will get their first reward consisting of a £5 All Games Bonus to spend online + a £5 Slots Cash Match Voucher to be used in Venue.

Level 2

11. To qualify for Level 2 of Mecca Perks players will need to make a second visit to venue and deposit and spend a further £50 online.
12. Once player qualifies for Level 2 they will get their second reward consisting of a £10 Bingo Bonus to spend online + 50 Free Spins to spend online valued at 10p per spin + a £5 Slots Cash Match Voucher to be used in Venue + a free Main Session for 2 in Venue.
    
    
    
13. Eligible players who have qualified for the offer will be notified via email communications at the start of the following month.
14. The email communication will include an on-line bingo bonus code, online slots bonus code and a venue QR code.
15. Each bonus code is unique and is redeemable once online in the player’s Account section under ‘BONUSES’.
16. Each QR code is unique and is redeemable once in a Mecca Bingo venue.
17. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the Bonus/QR codes are kept safe as no replacement codes will be issued in the event that the original codes are lost.
18. Bonus/QR codes cannot be exchanged or shared with other players.
    
    

On-line Bingo Bonus

19. The bingo bonus can be played in any bingo room.
20. Players will have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
21. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 1 time before any winnings can be withdrawn.
22. Once the player has claimed the bonus, they will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in their Bonus Balance once the wagering requirements are met.
23. Where a player has an active cash balance and an active bonus balance, any bingo bonus will be used first, followed by cash. Should any pending winnings be available (prior to completion of wagering requirements) these will be used prior to both Bingo Bonus and cash.
24. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to player’s cash and Bonus balances.

Slots Cash Match Venue

35. Players reaching level 1 will be entitled to a £5 Slots Cash Match for use in a Mecca Club
36. Players reaching Level 2 will be entitled to a £10 Slots Cash Match for use in a Mecca Club
37. Players will receive an email with a QR code that they will need to show in venue in order to receive their reward in the form of a voucher.
38. The Venue Cash Match slots voucher means the customer is to wage £5 or £10 on slots and the voucher will match £5 or £10 extra value on selected slots machines.
39. All free credits must be played through, voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, may only be used once and no change is given.
40. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
41. The Venue slots voucher has to be used the same day as claiming in club before it is voided.

Free Main Session for 2 in Venues

42. Players reaching Level 2 will be entitled to a Free Main Session for 2 in the venue of their choice.
43. Players will receive an email with a QR code that they will need to show in venue in order to receive their reward in the form of a voucher.
44. Voucher entitles bearer to one free main game book for themselves and one free main game book for a friend.
45. Voucher to be claimed within the dates/sessions shown on the voucher.
46. Customers must present their membership card with this voucher.
47. Voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, may only be used once.
48. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

General Terms and Conditions

50. MECCA BINGO reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
51. MECCA BINGO reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
52. MECCA BINGO reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
53. This offer is not available to all MECCA BINGO Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
54. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
55. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
56. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
57. MECCA BINGO is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
