£10K Escalator Jackpot

1. The Mecca Bingo “£10K Escalator Jackpots” promotion (“the Promotion”) is part of the bingo schedule – bingo terms and conditions apply.
2. Customers can take part in the bingo games on 12th July 2025 (“Promotional Period”).  
3. The promotion is offered in Deal or No Deal 75 from 6pm to Midnight.
4. Ticket prices are 15p.
5. Maximum tickets to be purchased are 45 per game.
6. Total number of games are 63.

8. In the event of maximum tickets have been bought for the games, no further tickets can be bought using free tickets or by purchasing further tickets.
9. This is a network promotion operated in conjunction with Playtech. All prize pools are shared amongst all participating UK operators.
10. The jackpot will be split, with 50% going to the Full House winning player and 50% being split among every other player that bought tickets in the winning game.
11. The 50% shared between the community will be proportional to the number of tickets a player had bought in the winning game. This is calculated by:  Prize value (50% of Jackpot) divided by total number of tickets sold multiplied by number of tickets purchased per player.
12. In the event of two or more players winning the same prizes (1 Line, 2 Lines and/or Full House, prizes will be split equally between the winners.
13. For the Escalator Jackpot to be won, house must be called within the winning ball count, the number of balls increases over a set period. For example: if the ball count is 43, the jackpot will be won if House is called within the first 43 numbers, if house is called on ball 44 or more, the jackpot will carry forward to the next game.
14. If the jackpot has not been won before the last game in the half hour, we will increase the winning threshold to the maximum number of ball calls in the last game of the night to guarantee it is won.
15. All prizes will be paid in cash as part of the normal bingo schedule.
16. In the event of any malfunction/game void, tickets purchased will be refunded.

General Terms and Conditions

17. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
18. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
19. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
20. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
21. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
22. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
23. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
24. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
25. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
26. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
27. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
28. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
29. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
30. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
