1. The Meccabingo.com “Mighty Dwarves £10k Treasure Dig!” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to players who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 01:00 UK time on Monday 15^th April 2024 and ends at 00:59 UK time on Sunday 21^st March 2024. (the “Promotional Period”).  
3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other deposit offer when making your qualifying deposit.

5. Entries won’t be capped allowing customers to accumulate unlimited entries.

7. All qualifiers will be automatically entered into a random prize draw which will be conducted on Monday 22nd April 2024. 
8. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.

10. The accreditation of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period. 16. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
17. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
18. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
19. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
20. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
21. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
22. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
23. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
