1. These terms relate to the Mecca Bingo “Mecca Perks” promotion (“the Promotion”).
2. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
3. This offer is available once per customer per calendar month.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
5. Customers who are currently self-excluded from either our venues or online will not be eligible for this promotion.

Eligible player

6. Eligible player must be:
   1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
   2. If not in possession of an on-line account a player must create an on-line account on Meccabingo.com during the current month.

Mechanics

7. To qualify for the offer eligible players must have visited a Mecca Bingo venue a minimum of four times between the first and the last day of the current calendar month (customers who have not visited a Mecca Bingo venue before may need to provide proof of identity documents such as a driving licence on their first visit).
   1. Example: If a player visits a Mecca Bingo venue on the 2nd, 8th, 9th and 22nd of November they will be eligible to receive the promotional offer in December.
8. Offer consist of:
   1. £10 Online Bingo Bonus
   2. £5 Online Slots Bonus

9. Eligible players who have qualified for the offer will be notified via email communications at the start of the following month.
10. The email communication will include an on-line bingo bonus code, online slots bonus code and a venue QR code.
11. Each bonus code is unique and is redeemable once online in the player’s Account section under ‘BONUSES’.
12. Each QR code is unique and is redeemable once in a Mecca Bingo venue.
13. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the Bonus/QR codes are kept safe as no replacement codes will be issued in the event that the original codes are lost.
14. Bonus/QR codes cannot be exchanged or shared with other players.

On-line bingo bonus

15. The bingo bonus can be played in any bingo room.
16. Players will have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
17. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 1 time before any winnings can be withdrawn.
18. Once the player has claimed the bonus, they will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in their Bonus Balance once the wagering requirements are met.
19. Where a player has an active cash balance and an active bonus balance, any bingo bonus will be used first, followed by cash. Should any pending winnings be available (prior to completion of wagering requirements) these will be used prior to both Bingo Bonus and cash.
20. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to player’s cash and Bonus balances.

On-line slot bonus

21. The slot bonus can be played in any on-line slot game.

 Venue slots voucher

27. The QR code will be redeemed at a Mecca Bingo venue.
28. The QR code must be shown to a member of the staff team for redemption, at Cash Desk, where they will provide a Venue slots voucher in return.
29. The Venue slots voucher entitles the holder to a free promotional play to the specified value, valid on Slots.
30. Venue slots voucher has a validity of 24 hours after being claimed before it is voided.
31. Promotional play cannot be exchanged or part-exchanged for cash and must be wagered one time before cashing out.
32. Mecca Bingo employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
33. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

General Terms and Conditions

34. MECCA BINGO reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
35. MECCA BINGO reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
36. MECCA BINGO reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
37. This offer is not available to all MECCA BINGO Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
38. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
39. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
40. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
41. MECCA BINGO is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.

49. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
50. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
51. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
52. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
53. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
