1. This Promotion is managed by The Vic (“The Promoter”).
2. These terms relate to the The Vic Leaderboard Tournament promotion (“the Promotion”). 
3. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize. 
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard TheVic.com terms and conditions
5. The promotion will run from 17^th June 01:00 UK time until 30^th June 23:59 UK time, on alternating weeks (the “Promotional Period”).

6. Eligible players must be: 

1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.

9. Only stakes of 20p or more will count towards the tournament.
10. This campaign will: Pay out a total of £2,000 cash per week, each week, as prize for the Tournament.
11. All prizes are cash.
12. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
13. The accreditation of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
14. Points system: Three different ways to win points, these will be cumulative.

16. Qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification. 
17. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.

General Terms and Conditions 

18. The VIC reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
19. The VIC reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, The VIC may refuse to process the claim.
20. The VIC reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with cash minimal risk to cash funds.
21. This offer is not available to all The VIC customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
22. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, The VIC may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
23. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
24. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
25. The VIC is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.

27. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
28. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
29. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
30. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
31. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
32. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
33. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
34. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
35. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
36. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
