1. This Promotion is managed by Mecca Bingo (“The Promoter”) this is a pragmatic games promotion and is available to enter across all operators that have pragmatic games.

Promotion Mechanics

8. Drops & Wins runs daily throughout the promotional term, structured weekly from Wednesday at 18:01 UK Time to the following Wednesday at 17:59 UK Time, and each week features 7 Daily Prize Drops and 7 Daily Tournaments running in parallel.

Daily Tournaments Mechanics

9. The Network Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Daily Tournaments (each a “Daily Tournament Day”)
10. During the promotion, a player will need to place a real-money bet of at least £0.15 (or currency equivalent) in any of the participating games. To win in a Daily Tournament, a player needs to qualify on the leaderboard and finish in a prize-paying position based on the selected tournament criteria. 

• Win criteria: Highest value total of all win multipliers (win/bet), where the score will be based on the sum of a player’s wins multipliers (win/bet).
• Prizes are awarded as cash. 
• Only the player’s first 5,000 bets will count towards their score in a Daily Tournament

11. Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard, when each Daily Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.
12. The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.
13. In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize

15. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
16. To qualify in a Daily Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with the required minimum bet in any of the available currencies on any of the participating game(s).
17. A player will place on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on any participating game as the total sum of all wins multiplier in relation to their bet amount during a Daily Tournament period.
18. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Daily Tournament

20. The total expected prize pool for the entire Promotion is £ 30,000.
21. Players need to choose to play with real money in any of the participating games with NO minimum bet requirement. There is no additional cost for players to participate.
22. Winnings from Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes are excluded from multiplier prize mechanics.
23. Free Spins Bonus prizes may be awarded to the player for the same participating game in which the player won the prize and for the same bet as the winning bet.
24. Instant Bonus prizes will be awarded to the player in the selected game for this stage and for the same bet as the winning bet.

27. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
28. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
29. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
30. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

32. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
33. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
34. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
35. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
36. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
37. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
38. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
39. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
