Promotion Mechanics

10. After opting in, a player must place a Qualifying bet and complete a Qualifying spin on an Eligible Game during the tournament period to be eligible to earn points. Bets placed using bonus funds or in-game promotional free spins shall be considered Qualifying Bets.
11. A Player will be awarded points for achieving the Win Criteria. Points shall be calculated as follows: winnings divided by the bet amount, multiplied by the points multiplier of 1000. For example, if a Player places a £10 bet and wins £2,500 with one Qualifying Spin, the calculation of points is £2,500 divided by £10 multiplied by 1,000, resulting in 250,000 points.
12. The higher the number of points achieved from a single Qualifying Spin meeting the Win Criteria, the higher the Player’s score.
13. The leaderboard is ranked in descending order based on each Player’s highest points total achieved from a single Qualifying Spin during the tournament period. If a Player subsequently achieves a higher score, the previous score shall be replaced.
14. If two or more Players achieve the same score, the Player who achieved the score first shall rank higher.
15. Prizes will be distributed to winners in descending order based on their final leaderboard position at the end of the tournament.

18. Prize Drops shall be awarded randomly to eligible and active Players throughout the Promotion Period.
19. Prize Drops shall only be awarded on Eligible Games.

Claim Prize Terms and Conditions

22. If a Prize Drop is awarded or a Player finishes in a prize-winning position in a Leaderboard Tournament, the Player will receive an in-game pop-up notification informing them of their prize and prompting them to click 'Claim'.
23. If the Player is playing a Games Global game at the time of award, the notification will appear immediately or else a notification will appear the next time the Player launches a Games Global game, provided it is within 7 days of the date on which the prize is awarded.
24. Once the Player selects 'Claim', the Player’s cash balance will be updated.
25. If a Player does not claim the prize from the initial pop-up notification, the prize may still be claimed within the in-game '777' icon.
26. Any prize not claimed within the 7 days period shall be deemed forfeited and shall no longer be claimable.

General Terms and Conditions  

27. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').  
28. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  
29. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding  
30. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  
31. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.  
32. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.  
33. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.  
34. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.  
35. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.  
36. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.  
37. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.  
38. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.  
39. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.  
40. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
