4. This Promotion is available on the first deposit only and can be claimed once per player. Subsequent deposits will not qualify for this or any other Welcome Offer on Mecca Bingo. 
5. To select the Bingo Welcome Offer, players must make their first deposit and then play in any of the selected bingo rooms. All eligible play across the selected Bingo rooms will count towards the spend requirement. 
6. To qualify for the £40 Bingo bonus, players must: 

• Make a minimum first deposit of £10, and

12. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance. This is with the exception of Bingo Bonuses, whereby the Bingo bonus will be used first, followed by cash and then any pending winnings. 
13. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. 
14. Players may withdraw funds from their cash balance at any time. However, if a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are completed, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

63. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions. 
64. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a player found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud. 
65. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet. 
66. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. 67. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players. 
68. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
