Newbie room Terms and Conditions  

1. Newbie room available to new players for 3 days from the day of registering head to the bingo lobby, open any bingo room, create your chat name, then look for the Newbie room and get dabbing.
2. To open the bingo lobby players must click the ‘Play Bingo Now’ button from the meccabingo.com homepage.
3. Newbie room will be open from 1pm to 2pm and 7pm to 8pm daily.
4. Prizes in the Newbie room will be paid as cash.
5. Minimum total prize amount for each session will be £100.
6. All games will be free in each session.
7. Games offer different features (Prizes) such as:

• “XTG” (1 To Go and/or 2 To Go): Win a share of a cash Prize Pot shared between qualifying players. You will receive one award per ticket for every ticket with either 1 and/or 2 To Go on the last prize in the game. Further information is available here.
• Roll On: This game will feature from 4 or above additional house Prizes. Further information is available here.

8. Games also offer different types of variants:

• A “Variant” is the type of bingo, all of which are based on a set number of balls to be called.
• For example, 90 balls, 80 balls, 75 balls, 50 balls and 36 balls.
• Any Variant can be changed so that it is something other than a ball that is called, such as an Emoji or playing card, however, it still has a set number of “numbers” or “balls” that are called out.

9. Winning a Prize

• You will be a winner and will receive the current prize regardless of whether you have marked the numbers on the winning ticket. The bingo game will automatically identify a win. Winners will be visibly published in bingo and the Bingo Caller will make an announcement.
• More than 1 player can win any prize where the criteria are met on the same ball. In such circumstances the cash prize will be split in equal proportions between the winners. Winnings will be deposited directly into the player's account.
• If you are playing or watching a game of bingo the Game Details area of the bingo window displays information on the current game:
• Game Name i.e. Line & House, Any Line, etc.
• Number of Players
• Details of the prizes on offer in Bingo and the value of each prize
• The current prize being played for in the game is highlighted.

10. Malfunction

• In the case of any malfunction, all bets and winnings are null and void.
• Unresolved bets placed but remaining undecided in incomplete games will become void after 90 days and will be forfeited to charity.

Promotion General Terms and Conditions

14. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
15. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
16. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
17. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
18. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
19. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
20. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
21. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
22. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
23. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
24. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
25. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
26. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
