Wonderland Mystery Bonus

1. This “Mystery Bonus” promotion is only open to all fully verified customers across Mecca Bingo & Grosvenor Casinos who are aged 18 years or over and can view this promotion in the 'Promos' section of their account.
2. The Mystery Bonus promotion will run from 6th February 2026 until 15th February 2026 (‘Promotion Period’).
3. The Mystery Bonus will be active every day during the Promotion Period between 16:00 – 02:00 GMT (‘Promotion Hours’)
4. The Mystery Bonus will be active on the following game – Wonderland Lucky Ball ("Promotion Game").
5. This “Mystery Bonus” promotion is managed by Playtech Software Limited.

Promotion Mechanic

6. Players must place a minimum total stake of £1 on the promotion game during the promotion hours of the promotion period to qualify for the Mystery Bonus promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, higher bets do not change the player’s chances of winning a share of the bonus round.
7. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
8. 20 Mystery Bonus rounds will take place each day during the Promotion Hours.
9. Qualifiers will have a chance to win a part of a shared prize of 1,000 Golden Chips (equivalent to $200) per round.
10. All prizes will be paid in golden chips having a value of $0.20 each.
11. A total of 200,000 Golden Chips (equivalent to $40,000) will be awarded across the Promotion Period.
12. Only the winnings from the golden chips can be withdrawn. Golden chips cannot be withdrawn and/or converted to cash.
13. In the bonus round, only one out of all betting positions is picked by RNG system and highlighted in the user interface.
14. If the player has a bet placed on the betting position picked by RNG – player receives a share of the bonus round prize as detailed below. The prize is divided equally between the winning players of that round. 

15. All prizes will appear in USD. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
16. The Promoter will strive to promptly conduct the prize draw as of the specified date. However, in the event of any difficulties, whether technical or otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to delay or postpone the prize draw process. In such cases, the draw will occur within a maximum timeframe of 72hrs from the initial date.
17. The winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. The promoter bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins\losses as a result of prize won by the players.
18. Player is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on his\her account, and for keeping his\her account password and login credentials secure. Player may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the promotion without permission.

General Terms and Conditions

19. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
20. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
21. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
22. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
23. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
24. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
25. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
26. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
27. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
28. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
29. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
30. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
31. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
32. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
