Playback Rewards

1. This promotion is valid only to customers of www.meccabingo.com who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and who have directly received the offer.
2. Customers must be a Mecca Rewards player with a level of Heroes, Legends, Royals and Stars to be considered eligible for this offer.
3. The promotion will run from Thursday 01:00 UK time until Monday 00:59 UK Time until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).
4. You need to wager at least £10 in cash stakes to be eligible for this offer.
5. Cashback can only be credited where during the Promotional Period the player is in a negative position, or a losing position. This is defined as where cash stakes are greater than the total of cash wins + bonus amount credited, across the whole Promotional Period.
6. You will be rewarded with 10% of the loss amount, with a maximum reward of £100.
7. The minimum amount of cashback a player can earn is £1.
8. Cashback is paid in cash and carries no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately subject to account status.
9. Cashback will be credited into player accounts next Monday following the end of promotional period.

10. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner within 72 hours, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers. 
12. To fulfil its regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
13. This promotion is only open to customers of Meccabingo.com who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and who can view it in their account.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other MeccaBingo.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
15. Any customers registered on www.meccabingo.com (“the Website”) will be eligible to take part in this Promotion.
16. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize
17. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
18. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

21. Mecca bingo reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
