The Mecca Bingo “New Player Welcome Bonus” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only available to new members registering for the first time on Meccabingo.com who are aged 18 years or over.
New customers must accept to receive the New Player Welcome Bonus.
To be eligible for the New Player Welcome Bonus offer, your first deposit must be at least £10 and there must be an initial spend on bingo of at least £10 within 7 days of the initial deposit.
The New Player Welcome Bonus is offered to you as soon as you spend £10 cash on Bingo. Any pre bought bingo tickets have to be played through before they are counted as spent. Should you not wish to have the bonus, it can be removed by contacting Customer Services who will be able to remove it manually.

The New Player Welcome Bonus is capped to £60, regardless of initial deposit and spend and any customer who initially deposits and spends less than £10 on bingo will not be entitled to the New Player Welcome Bonus.
The £30 Bingo Bonus is available to spend on bingo only and is subject to 5 times wagering requirement on bingo before winnings are withdrawable. You will need to spend a minimum of £150 in bingo before winnings are withdrawable.
The £20 Reel King Mega Bonus will be available to claim once customers have completed the staking requirements. Customers need to claim the bonus from ‘My Bonuses’ section in ‘My Account’ or from the Promotions page at MeccaBingo.com/promotions.
The £20 Reel King Mega Bonus is available to spend on Reel King Mega game only and is subject to 20 times wagering requirement on the same game before bonus and winnings are withdrawable. You will need to spend a minimum of £400 in Reel King Mega.
The maximum stake allowed while the £20 Reel King Mega Bonus is active will be £0.40. Please note that cash stakes will also be capped to £0.40 while the bonus is active.
Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
*Eligible games vary from bonus to bonus however a list of eligible games can be found in the terms and conditions of each bonus.
If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance. This is with the exception of Bingo Bonuses, whereby the Bingo bonus will be used first, followed by cash. Should any pending winnings be available however, these will take precedent over all other balances.
When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
Customers have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

Qualifying customers will receive 2 x £5 vouchers (£10 in total) worth of club vouchers via email within 7 days of registration. The voucher is valid on Bingo tickets only. Bonus funds are valid for 7 days after credit. The bonus will cease to be valid if none of it has been used by the end of this period, and any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account.
If part of the bonus is used, but it is not used in its entirety, the remaining unused bonus will be removed after 7 days. However, the amount used will still be subject to x1 wagering until the requirement is met.
Clubs reserve the right to amend or refuse vouchers for any reason or withdraw it from any player who we believe is not eligible to claim it.
Any winnings achieved from bonus funds will sit as “pending winnings” until the wagering requirement is met. Even if the promotional period expires and remaining bonus funds are removed the pending winnings can be used towards the remaining wagering requirement and any remaining can be withdrawn after the wagering has been met.

The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
